type of software Web or Mobile, but not both

The Submission Type question on the submission form asks: What type of software is your submission? It does not allow to specify Web and Mobile, email and SMS. It also does not have Mobile Web smartphones and tablets. Mobile Web requires completely different site design tailored for touch interface and form factors of smartphone and tablet devices. There is an option Other, but it does not open a text field where I can specify the list.
