Problems voting

A friend tried voting for my app and said he saw the following:

Oops! Something went wrong.

We've been notified about this issue and we'll take a look at it shortly.

    Ditto, many have told me they couldnt vote via facebook and needed to create an account. Challenge post issue!

    Sorry folks we'll look into it. We've tested voting via FB and haven't been able to reproduce the issue. If you have any specifics (what page they landed on first, which browser is being used, etc) please email to support@nycbigapps.com. Thanks.

    Have you gotten any error notifications or seen any in your server log--as suggested by the error message friends were getting?

    Yes we have error messages and are diagnosing. Likely an update to Rails 3.1 which was done yesterday. We'll get there... sorry again for any issues.

    A friend reported that there are still voting problems. Can you please check the error logs?
