We're coming to the final weeks of NYC BigApps 3.0. It's not too late to enter — start building an app today! (And don't forget that Developer Day is next Saturday January 7. RSVP here.)
Use at least 1 data set from NYC Open Data in your software application, and you'll be in the running for great recognition, exposure, and prizes:
- $50,000 in cash (13 prizes in 11 categories)
- Opportunity to demo at NY Tech Meetup
- Support from leading tech investors and entrepreneurs
If you've already started working on a submission, here are some reminders to help you make sure your entry is complete.
Submission Checklist
- Finish your submission video — check out these tips on how to make one
- Finalize the name of your app
- Write a summary of your submission (including a description of functionality and uses)
- Decide on which image(s) to include
- Review the summary of how to enter and the Enter a Submission page one more time, to make sure you have the required items ready to go
